Hi, I’m Patryk!

I am the founder and owner of Peak Cleaning Service. I built my business from the ground up, and have worn every hat there is to wear along the way.

Originally an immigrant from Poland: hard work and entrepreneurship has always been a focal point in my life. I graduated from Loyola Chicago - Bio Pre-Med originally intending to become a Doctor. After college, I spent several years in healthcare consulting, data analytics, and sales - while always pursuing business on the side.

I am here to tell you that you can do this. If I can, anyone can. I’d love to be a resource, mentor, and friend - in helping you start and grow your business to success.

My background is in organizational development, training and development, and sales.

I was born and raised in Seattle, but have called Arizona home since 2012. I have a masters in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and a passion for systems and processes. I quit my full-time job back in 2021 to join the Peak team, and have loved playing a vital role in its growth.

Peak Cleaning Service specializes in professional cleaning and servicing of both short-term vacation rental properties and regular residential homes.

Focusing on delivering a five-star service and serving a distinct client base - Peak Cleaning Service has established itself as a market leader for professional industry-specific cleaning services.

This business has grown steadily, since its founding in July 2018, to a point where we are removed from the daily operations and have a strong management team in place.

We definitely didn't get here overnight though.

In fact, quite the opposite...

I’ve always had an entrepreneurial spirit, and knew I wanted to grow a business someday. Over the years, I was constantly reading about business, starting side-hustles, researching opportunities, and trying out different ideas - all with the goal of finding the perfect business.

What I’ve learned is that there is no such thing as the perfect business. And honestly, it doesn’t matter what business you choose as long as you dedicate yourself to that business and keeping pushing forward in challenging times when most people would quit.

Am I passionate about scrubbing toilets? Absolutely not. But that doesn’t matter.

I really had zero interest in getting into the cleaning space. This venture started as a way to help my mom find her own cleaning clients and make more money on her own schedule.

Within 5 years, we grew the business to $5M in lifetime sales with some months bringing in up to $200k. I’ll say it again - this did not happen overnight.

For the first few years, I was personally cleaning houses whenever we were short-staffed or whenever someone called off. I was also serving as a 1-man customer support team, onboarding all new properties, hiring cleaners, and managing business ops & finances - all while holding down a full-time job. I did not take a day off.

What's more, we did it differently than most...

Our focus from Day 1 was on customer experience.

Think about your typical experience with a service company (cleaners/landscapers/hvac/etc.).

Do they answer the phone? Do they show up on time for the service? Are they friendly and professional? Is their billing process simple? Do they have helpful customer support?

By focusing on customer experience, professionalism, and always doing right by the customer - we already put ourselves steps above the “average” service company.

As we grew, we focused heavily on systems and processes.

It is impossible to scale your business without documentation, organization, and staffing.

You have to eliminate the mindset that ‘in order for something to be done right, I have to do it myself’.

Instead - create and implement systems and processes, and hire and train the right people.

Again, let’s think about the average local service business. The owner is typically heavily involved in daily operations or even still performing services themselves. At Peak, we invested in technology to streamline our operation early on. We also dedicated countless hours to documenting processes and creating training material.

There is a HUGE opportunity in any market to do exactly what we did with Peak. There are probably a ton of cleaning businesses in your market (maybe even a few that clean vacation rentals), but we guarantee the majority of these services aren’t doing it well.
